Whistleblowing

To this end, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, Eurovetro Srl has implemented a so-called Whistleblowing System, by means of:

• Establishment of dedicated reporting channels (e.g. an online platform) that guarantee the confidentiality – including through the use of encryption – of the identity of the whistleblower, the person against whom the report is made, any other person mentioned in the report, and the content and supporting documentation of the report; 
• Entrusting the management of reports to an external party, independent of the Company, specifically dedicated to this task and suitably trained;
• Implementation of a whistleblowing procedure;
• Implementation of the so-called ‘data privacy policy’ relating to the confidential processing of data provided in the report.
