We recover and process the most common types of glass from urban waste collection and industrial processes, transforming waste into secondary raw materials.
Bottles, jars, windows and other glass items from urban collection schemes and industrial processes arrive at our plants. The discarded items then undergo a transformation process.

Technology that unlocks value. In our plants, glass is sorted, separated and purified using advanced processes that remove all impurities. We recover 98.5% of the materials we receive, returning a resource to the market that is ready for a new lease of life.

Precision that translates into quality. The treated glass is transformed into high-performance recycled glass granules with an extremely low level of impurities – just 0.005 per cent.
A reliable, consistent material, designed to meet the needs of industry.

Our glass granules are reused in a wide range of industrial applications, starting with the production of new bottles and jars. On average, up to 70 per cent of each new bottle is made from recycled glass: a tangible result that demonstrates how the circular economy can be put into practice in everyday life.

Glass recycling is a continuous process with no material loss. What’s more, using recycled glass to produce new products offers significant technical and environmental benefits:
CO₂ saved per additional kg of recycled glass
Marginal energy savings in a melting furnace for each marginal kilogram of natural raw material that is replaced with one kilogram of recycled glass
